Trigger keywords: join meeting, transcribe, send summary

    What it does:
Joins live calls (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) or ingests uploaded audio, transcribes with speaker labels, formats the recap to your chosen template, saves a doc, emails the recap, and optionally turns action items into tasks.

    Confirmation flow:
User: “Join the sales call, transcribe, create minutes, and email the client recap.”
Mabel: “Join ‘Sales – ACME’ at 3 PM, transcribe, format as ‘Client Recap’ with Summary, Decisions, and Next Steps, save a document, and email attendees and the client contact. Is that correct?”
If Yes, Mabel joins or processes the recording and runs the workflow.
If No, Mabel asks what template, recipients, or destination to change.

    Result:

    • Clean transcript with speakers.

    • Summary in your chosen format (Client Recap; Board Minutes with Agenda, Motions, Votes, Action Points; Daily Stand-up with Yesterday, Today, Blockers).

    • Saved doc in Drive or internal workspace.

    • Recap sent by email.

    • If tasks are detected, Mabel asks permission to assign them.

    Examples:

    • Sales: Auto “Client Recap,” then “I detected 2 tasks. Assign now?”

    • Board: “Format as Board Minutes, save to Board Docs, email board members?” → Minutes sent.

    • Physical meeting: Upload voice note → “Transcribe and create ‘Site Report’ with Observations, Decisions, Next Steps?” → Posted to Project Updates and emailed.

Tech notes: Uses role-aware access for storage and email, supports user-defined templates, and logs outputs for audit.
