    Trigger keywords: bulk email, batch send, mass email

    What it does:
    Sends personalized emails at scale using pasted lists or CSVs. Detects headers, builds a template with variables, previews, and sends.

    Confirmation flow:

    1. User: “Send a batch email to the Q4 leads with the new pricing update.”

    2. Mabel: “Please paste the list with headers like name, company, email.”

    3. User: Pastes table/CSV.

    4. Mabel: Drafts a variable-based template using detected headers, shows preview.

    5. User: Approves send or edits.

    6. Mabel: Sends and confirms results, tracks bounces and replies.

    Example:

    • Subject: Updated Pricing for {{company}}

    • Body uses {{name}}, {{company}}, etc.

    • “Personalized emails sent to Ama, Kojo, and Nana.”

    Tech notes: Rate limiting, unsubscribe merge tag support, reply tracking hook, and CSV validation.
